Welcome to Stief's Tree Care LLC. By using our website or requesting an estimate or service, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services

Stief's Tree Care LLC provides professional tree services, including but not limited to:

  • Tree Removal

  • Tree Trimming & Pruning

  • Stump Grinding

  • Land Clearing

  • Storm Cleanup

  • Emergency Tree Services

All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

Estimates

All estimates are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.

Estimates are based on the conditions visible at the time of inspection. Additional work, hidden hazards, inaccessible areas, or unforeseen conditions may require adjustments to the quoted price.

Unless otherwise noted, estimates are valid for 30 days.

Scheduling

Appointment dates are scheduled based on availability, weather, equipment availability, and safety considerations.

We will make every effort to complete work as scheduled; however, severe weather, equipment issues, or emergency work may require rescheduling.

Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area.

Please ensure vehicles, gates, pets, and other obstacles are moved or secured prior to our arrival whenever possible.

Safety

Safety is our highest priority.

If weather conditions, property conditions, or other circumstances create an unsafe working environment, we reserve the right to postpone or discontinue work until it can be completed safely.

Payment

Payment is due according to the terms provided on your invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.

Cleanup

Unless otherwise specified in your estimate, work includes a general cleanup of debris generated during the services performed.

Additional cleanup or hauling services may be available upon request.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your property, tree work carries inherent risks.

Stief's Tree Care LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing property conditions, hidden defects, underground utilities that were not disclosed or marked, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
